Grants for sguil@localhost:
GRANT FILE ON *.* TO 'sguil'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY PASSWORD '(some password)'
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON `sguildb`.* TO 'sguil'@'localhost'

Grants for magenta@company.com:
GRANT FILE ON *.* TO 'magenta'@'company.com'
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON `sguildb`.* TO 'magenta'@'company.com'

So what am I missing???
